ABOUT US
We are a caring team involved in the management of children's oral health care needs for infants, toddlers, school aged children, adolescents and teens. It is important to get kids' teeth off to a great start and with this in mind, we offer a diverse range of preventive, conservative, restorative and surgical treatments. Whether your child requires basic, intermediate or advanced levels of dental treatment, we are looking forward to assisting your child.
Our team is led by Paedodontist, Dr Sue Taji, who provides specialist level dental care and assesses and manages kids both in the dental and hospital environment. Whether your child is due for their first dental visit or requires a more comprehensive dental treatment, our team is able to assist. Our team's services include check ups, the provision of care for children with extensive dental decay, toothache, trauma, dental anomalies, those with medical conditions and those requiring interceptive orthodontics. Our specialist is available for consultations at various convenient locations including at Wickham Terrace in the Brisbane CBD, at the Wesley Medical Centre in Milton, at North Lakes and on Brookfield Road in Kenmore.

Dr Sue Taji

Dr Sue Taji is the immediate past Federal President of the Australian and New Zealand Society of Paediatric Dentistry, and has served as ANZSPD Federal Councillor for Queensland close to a decade and is a former Federal Secretary of the Australasian Academy of Paediatric Dentistry. Dr Taji is a fellow of the International College of Dentists, a fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy and a fellow of the Academy of Dentistry International. Holding surgical accreditation at various hospitals, she remains clinically orientated and restricts her Brisbane specialist practice to the management of paediatric patients from infancy to school years and those with special needs. Having completed her undergraduate dental degree at the University of Adelaide, Dr Taji was awarded membership to the prestigious Golden Key Honours Society for excellence during her studies, subsequently working in Private Practice in Brisbane for a decade prior to completing her Clinical Doctorate in Paediatric Dentistry at the University of Queensland in 2010. Completing numerous research projects during this time, she has published in national and international journals and has co-authored various textbook chapters on paediatric dental aspects. Dr Taji has presented at numerous conferences, continuing professional development programs and training seminars on a range of paediatric dental topics. Most recently in 2022, Dr Taji successfully completed a graduate certificate in the field of Autism, a one year university degree on this specific topic, allowing her a much greater appreciation of managing & assisting families with Autism.
Outside dentistry, Dr Sue enjoys the great outdoors and travelling with her husband and three children. Dr Sue's own personal experience with her daughter having Autism allows her to have a much better understanding of the needs of families & children with autism and other special needs.

Dr Khan is a fellow of the International College of Dentists, a fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy and a fellow of the Academy of Dentistry International and is a member of various other organisations. He has been involved in practice for over two decades, treating patient of all ages and also taking a particular interest in the diagnosis, prevention and management of dental erosion and toothwear. Concurrently, for the past decade, Dr Khan has been highly influential in the organisation of dental continuing professional development conferences for oral health practitioners from across Australia, New Zealand and beyond. Farid has led an international collaboration of thirteen contributing authors, co-editing and contributing chapters to a textbook on toothwear through publishers Wiley-Blackwell. He has also completed numerous research projects in the field and has previously co-authored two other textbooks on toothwear and dental erosion.
